How Long Does the Refund Process Take?
Understanding the timeline for refund recovery and what to expect at each stage.
Initial Assessment (1-2 Days)
After you submit your case and $500 registration fee in Bitcoin, our team reviews your documents and assesses the strength of your claim. We'll identify the best recovery strategy for your situation.
Case Filing (3-5 Days)
We prepare and file formal disputes with the merchant, payment processor, or financial institution. This includes detailed documentation of fraud or service failure.
Investigation (7-14 Days)
The payment processor investigates your claim, communicates with the merchant, and gathers evidence. We monitor the process and provide additional information if needed.
Resolution (1-7 Days)
Once a decision is made, funds are typically transferred back to your account. The exact timing depends on your bank's processing speed.
