What If My Case is Unsuccessful?
Understanding your options if we cannot recover your funds.
While our success rate is 94.2%, we recognize that not all cases can be recovered. If we cannot recover your funds, here's what happens:
You Don't Pay Success Fees
If we don't recover your money, you don't pay our success fee (which would normally be 15-25% of recovered amount).
Your only cost: the initial $500 registration fee (or $150 if you close your account and receive the $350 refund).
1. Close Your Account & Get Refund
Receive $350 refund of your $500 registration fee. We'll process this to your Bitcoin wallet immediately.
Result: Net cost of $150
2. Appeal the Decision
If you believe new evidence or circumstances exist, we can reassess your case at no additional cost.
3. Pursue Legal Action Independently
We'll provide a detailed case report explaining why recovery wasn't possible. You can use this for small claims court or consult a lawyer.
4. Explore Chargeback on Your Credit Card
If you paid by credit card, you can attempt a direct chargeback with your credit card company (though we already did this if applicable).
Lack of Evidence
Insufficient documentation to prove fraud or service failure to payment processors.
Too Much Time Passed
Disputes typically have a time limit (usually 180 days). Very old transactions may be outside chargeback windows.
Customer's Own Actions
If there's evidence the customer authorized the transaction or accepted goods/services before disputing.
Merchant Business Closure
If the merchant has shut down or disappeared, payment processors may decline recovery.
Complex Legal Issues
Cases involving contracts, terms of service disputes, or complex business arrangements may not qualify for disputes.
If you decide to close your account after an unsuccessful case, here's what happens:
1. Contact your case manager to request account closure
2. We verify the case status and ensure no active appeals
3. Process $350 refund to your Bitcoin wallet
4. Transfer completes within 3-5 business days
5. We provide a final case report for your records
An unsuccessful case doesn't mean you're out of options. Depending on your situation, you may be able to:
- • File a complaint with your state's consumer protection agency
- • Report fraud to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- • Pursue civil litigation through small claims or regular courts
- • Consult with a consumer rights attorney
- • Try again with additional evidence if circumstances change
