Your dashboard is your central hub for managing all your refund recovery cases. It provides at-a-glance information about your account and active cases.
Main Dashboard Sections:

View Case Details
Click on any case to see full details, timeline, and status updates.
Add Documentation
Upload additional documents or evidence at any time to strengthen your case.

Communicate with Your Manager
Send messages directly to your case manager through the dashboard.
Create New Case
Click "Create New Case" to start recovery on additional losses.
