Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is your central hub for managing all your refund recovery cases. It provides at-a-glance information about your account and active cases.

Main Dashboard Sections:

  • Account Summary - Your current balance, account status, and upcoming actions
  • Active Cases - List of all your open refund recovery cases
  • Recent Activity - Timeline of recent updates and actions
  • Recovery Stats - Success rate and recovery statistics
Managing Your Cases

From your dashboard, you can view, update, and manage all your refund cases:

View Case Details

Click on any case to see full details, timeline, and status updates.

Add Documentation

Upload additional documents or evidence at any time to strengthen your case.

Track Progress

Follow your case through each stage with real-time status updates.

Communicate with Your Manager

Send messages directly to your case manager through the dashboard.

Create New Case

Click "Create New Case" to start recovery on additional losses.
